Company Policies and Training Materials. On and after the Trigger Date and subject to the limitations and conditions set forth in Section 4.04, GE shall permit Company and its Subsidiaries to adopt and use the corporate policies, manuals and training materials included in the GE Materials that are in use as of the Trigger Date, with the modifications required by Section 4.04(d), as Company and its Subsidiaries’ own policies, procedures and guidelines (the “Company Policies and Training Materials”).
