Common use of Company Purchase Orders Clause in Contracts

Company Purchase Orders. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Statement of Work, Company agrees to pay Nuance’s invoices without a purchase order reference. Company acknowledges and agrees that if it is Company’s standard practice to issue unsigned purchase orders, such purchase orders are valid and binding. Nothing contained in any purchase order will modify or add to the terms of this Agreement.
