COMPASS ARRAY ACCESS FEE. In partial consideration of SB obtaining access to the Compass Array Library as set forth in Subsection 4.1.1 of this Agreement, SB shall pay to ArQule an access fee in the amount of [*****], payable within forty-five (45) days of the Effective Date, upon invoice from ArQule.
