Common use of Compensated Time Clause in Contracts

Compensated Time. All bargaining members with ten (10) years or less of full-time service with the Xxxxxxx Fire Department, are eligible to carry over seventy-two (72) hours of compensatory time. Any hours in excess of seventy-two (72) that are not used by November 30th or not scheduled to be used by December 31st will be paid out according to City policy.
