Compensation and Other Conditions of Employment. 3. Subject to the provisions of this contract, and except as otherwise provided by Appendix “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof, the wages, hours and other conditions of employment applicable on the effective date of this contract to the employees covered by this contract shall continue to be so applicable.
