Compensation and Other Conditions of Employment. A. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement (and except as provided otherwise by Appendix A attached hereto and made a part hereof) the wages, hours and other conditions of employment applicable to the teachers covered by this Agreement on the effective date of this Agreement shall continue to be so applicable.
