Compensation and Payroll Procedure. Compensation is set forth in Appendix A of this Agreement. Employees shall be paid twice a month, the fifteenth (15th) of the month and the last day of the month subject to the recommendations of the task force created according to the terms of this Agreement. In order to receive compensation at the Master’s Degree rate of pay, the employee’s Master’s Degree must be related to the field of education.
