Compensation and Release Time. 1. Release time for bargaining unit Committee members will be as determined by the mutual agreement of the co-chairs for any PDC meetings or assignments occurring during the normal work day. For authorized meetings and/or pre-approved Committee work outside of the normal work day, bargaining unit members on the Committee will be compensated at the internal substitution rate.
