Compensation/Caseload. CTs shall be compensated in accordance with a stipend schedule developed by the Joint Committee. The maximum stipend shall be $5000 for a CT who carries a caseload equivalent to two RTs or one RT and two VTs/NTs. A CT who serves less than a year shall receive a prorated stipend. CT stipends shall be payable on a monthly basis.
