Compensation for Degree Stipends. One Renton Technical College degree stipend will be paid annually to each qualifying employee who has earned and submits transcript verification of their degree. A degree stipend of $150.00 will be paid annually if the employee’s highest degree is an associate degree. A degree stipend of $250.00 will be paid annually if the employee’s highest degree is a bachelor’s degree. A degree stipend of $350.00 will be paid annually if the employee’s highest degree is a master’s degree.
