Compensation for Delegated Duties. Chair duties delegated to Residential and Adjunct Faculty within the Department/Division shall be appropriately compensated as determined collaboratively by the Chair, the Faculty member delegated the duty, and the VPAA, or designee. The College Plan will include a process by which the appropriateness of compensation for delegated work will be periodically reviewed to ensure relative consistency.
