Compensation for Election Workers. The Contracting Officer shall compensate all election workers in accordance with the Contracting Officer’s established compensation policies, in accordance with the Texas Election Code and using the rates set by the Xxxx County Commissioners Court for county elections. The Contracting Officer shall pay the workers and be reimbursed by the entities sharing the polling locations.
