Compensation for Project Change Orders. In the case of any Project Change Order resulting from a Client Risk Event, EPC Contractor’s compensation for such Client Risk Event, if any, shall be a stipulated sum agreed to by the Parties, or the actual costs incurred by EPC Contractor in connection with such Client Risk Event plus a fee equal to 7.5% of such costs, which costs shall include any Services required as a result of such Client Risk Event. The foregoing 7.5% fee shall include all overhead, profit, insurance, and general conditions costs. In no event shall the aggregate xxxx-up on a Project Change Order exceed the foregoing percentages.

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).
