Compensation for Pre-Construction Services. For the performance of the services set forth under paragraphs 2.4.3(l), 2.4.4(a)(b)(c)(d), 2.2(1), 2.2(2) and 2.2(3) and for profit and overhead related to these services, a total of $17,798 shall be due upon satisfactory completion of the work associated with the following phases according to the following breakdown:

Compensation for Pre-Construction Services. The Owner shall pay, and the Construction Manager shall accept, as full and complete payment for the Construction Manager’s timely and complete performance of Pre-Construction Services, the Pre- Construction Services Fee.
Compensation for Pre-Construction Services. For the performance of the services set forth under paragraphs 2.4.3(1), 2.4.4(a)(b)(c)(d), 2.2(1), 2.2(2) and 2.2(3) and for profit and overhead related to these services, a fixed lump sum that has been reviewed and approved in the amount of $7,500 shall be due upon satisfactory completion of the work associated with the following phases according to the following breakdown:
Compensation for Pre-Construction Services. The County shall pay, and the Construction Manager shall accept, as full and complete payment for the Construction Manager’s timely and complete performance of Pre-Construction Services, the Pre-Construction Services Fee.
Compensation for Pre-Construction Services. The cost of conducting the above pre-construction Services is included in the Contract Sum. Except as expressly provided herein, in the event that Client, in its sole determination, elects not to pursue construction of the Project and or terminates this Agreement in accordance with Article 18 herein, EPC Contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation and or reimbursement on account of such pre- construction Services except as set forth in Articles 13 and 18.

Related to Compensation for Pre-Construction Services

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work as defined in Section 6.1.1 plus the Construction Manager’s Fee.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.

  • Construction Services 3.1.1 Basic Construction Services. 3.1.2 Meetings and Schedule Updates.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Architect's work. Final payment for each phase shall become due and payable upon completion and approval by Owner of that phase of Architect's work.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • Performance of Services The Contractor is responsible for fully meeting all obligations set forth in the Contract and for providing Product in accordance with the Contract or any Authorized User Agreement.

  • Services and Compensation Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.
