Compensation of Shop Stewards. No extra pay will be paid to any member or shop xxxxxxx for the performance of any authorized Association activities as defined in the Agreement, without the prior approval of the Municipality. Municipal scheduling of meetings such that they occur outside the regular hours of the Shop Xxxxxxx shall constitute prior approval.

  • Callout Compensation A regular employee who is called back to work outside their regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates. They shall be compensated from the time they leave their home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly to and from work.
