Compensation of the Administrator. The Board of Trustees of the Fund have currently determined that, based on the current level of compensation payable to Eaton Vance Management by the Fund under the Fund's present Xxxxxxxxxx Advisory Agreement with Eaton Vance Management, the Administrator shall receive no compxxxxxxxx xrom the Fund in respect of the services to be rendered and the facilities to be provided by the Administrator under this Agreement.
