EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund hereby employs the Administrator to supervise the administrative affairs of the Portfolio, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors and the officers of the Fund on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described herein for the compensation herein provided.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund hereby employs the Administrator to administer its affairs, subject to the direction of the Board of Trustees and the officers of the Trust, for the period and on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees during such period to render the services and to assume the obligations herein set forth for the compensation herein provided. The Administrator shall for all purposes herein be deemed to be an independent contractor and shall, except as expressly provided or authorized (whether herein or otherwise), have no authority to act for or represent the Fund or the Trust in any way or otherwise be deemed an agent of the Fund or the Trust.

The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees during such period to render the services herein set forth for the compensation herein provided. The Administrator shall for all purposes herein be deemed to be an independent contractor and, except as expressly provided or authorized (whether herein or otherwise), shall have no authority to act for or represent the Company or the Funds in any way or otherwise be deemed an agent of the Company or the Funds.

The Trust hereby employs the Administrator to administer its business and administrative operations, subject to the direction of the Board of Trustees and the officers of the Trust, for the period, in the manner, and on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees during such period to render the services and to assume the obligations herein set forth. The Administrator shall for all purposes herein be deemed to be an independent contractor and shall, except as expressly provided or authorized (whether herein or otherwise), have no authority to act for or represent the Trust in any way.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Trust hereby employs the Administrator to administer the affairs of the Funds subject to the direction of the Board of Trustees and the officers of the Trust, for the period and on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees during such period to render the services and to assume the obligations herein set forth for the compensation herein provided. The Administrator shall for all purposes herein be deemed to be an independent contractor and, except as expressly provided or authorized (whether herein or otherwise), shall have no authority to act for or represent the Funds in any way or otherwise be deemed an agent of the Funds. Absent written notification to the contrary by the Trust or the Administrator, each new investment portfolio established in the future by the Trust shall automatically become a "Fund" for all purposes hereunder as if listed on Schedule A.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund employs the Administrator to act as administrator of the Fund, and to furnish, or arrange for others to furnish, the administrative services, personnel and facilities described below, subject to review by and the overall control of the Board of Directors of the Fund, for the period and on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. The Administrator accepts such employment and agrees during such period to render, or arrange for the rendering of, such services and to assume the obligations set out in this Agreement subject to the reimbursement of costs and expenses as set out below. The Administrator and such others shall for all purposes of this Agreement be deemed to be independent contractors and shall, unless otherwise expressly provided or authorized in this Agreement, have no authority to act for or represent the Fund in any way or otherwise be deemed agents of the Fund.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Company hereby employs the Administrator to act as administrator of the Company and to perform, or oversee the performance of, the administrative services, personnel and facilities necessary for the operation of the Company, subject to the supervision and control of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), during the term hereof and upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees during the term hereof to render, or arrange for the rendering of, such services, subject to the reimbursement of costs and expenses provided for herein.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Corporation hereby employs the Administrator to administer the affairs of the Fund subject to the direction of the Board of Directors and the officers of the Corporation, for the period and on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees during such period to render the services or provide for the provision of such services and to assume the obligations herein set forth for the compensation herein provided.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund hereby employs the Administrator to perform the duties with respect to the Series set forth in Paragraph 2 hereof for the period and on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees during such period to render the services herein set forth for the compensation herein provided.
