COMPENSATION OF THE MONITOR. 2 207. The Monitor will be funded by the City. During the selection process for the 4 of the Agreements. Future annual budgets for the Monitor will be determined by the Parties in 5 consultation with the Monitor. The budget will be submitted to the Court for approval. Any 6 changes to the Monitor’s budget must be approved by both the City and DOJ before submission 7 to the Court.
