Compensation & Payment 8.4.1. Should the claim be found proven; settlement is executed only in the form of compensation payment added to the Client trade account.
Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.
' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.
A-E Compensation and Extra Work 1.5.1. For the PROJECTS/SERVICES authorized under this CONTRACT, A-E shall be compensated in accordance with the following:
Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.
Extra Duty Compensation A. This schedule is based on time devoted by the unit member beyond the regular at-school duty hours. A unit member will not receive extra duty compensation for more than two assignments unless approved by the Board. Payment of Termination Payment The Defaulting Party shall make the Termination Payment within ten (10) Business Days after such notice is effective, regardless whether the Termination Payment calculation is disputed. Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.
Longevity Compensation Longevity payments will be made to all employees hired prior to January 1, 1999 with continuous full-time service according to the following schedule:
Fees and Compensation Managers and Officers may receive such compensation and fees, if any, for their services, and such reimbursement for expenses, as may be determined by resolution of the Board.
