Compensation Under Various Circumstances. (a) When a Full-Time Employee is requested to do transport duty on their day off, while on vacation or on a statutory holiday, and does so, the Employee shall receive time off or pay, at their option, at the applicable overtime rate for all hours including those spent in attendance of the patient and in return travel with a minimum four (4) hours time off or pay. The Employee shall be granted time off, utilizing accumulated overtime or vacation, at their request, in lieu of the Employee’s day off.
