Competency Criteria. 26.2.2.1 A Unit Member shall be considered “competent” to render service in a Faculty Service Area if the Unit Member possesses either of the following: 26.2.2.1.1 the minimum qualifications or the equivalent for the discipline; 26.2.2.1.2 a valid credential authorizing service in the discipline.
