Common use of Competency, Skill and Professional Licenses Clause in Contracts

Competency, Skill and Professional Licenses. Design-Builder represents that it has, as a part of its business organization or in its employ or under contract, the following: (a) A Project Manager with the professional competency and skills to provide administrative, cost control, budget control, and scheduling services for the Project; (b) a Design Builder with the professional care, learning, skill, ability and competency as is ordinarily possessed by other members of his profession, including all required licenses and registrations in the State of Georgia to design the Project and provide all design related services; and (c) a Constructor with the competency, skills and all required licenses in the State of Georgia to construct the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.
