Common use of Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

Competitive Bidding. All funds received by the Subrecipient herein subject to the property standards found in 2 CFR § 200.310 through 2 CFR § 200.316 if applicable, and the procurement standards found in 2 CFR §200.317 through 2 CFR §200.327. The Subrecipient acknowledges and agrees that these funds must be competitively bid or covered by an exemption as described therein. More information on those requirements can be found on the OMES website found here: xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx/omes/services/purchasing.html. i. Subrecipient shall maintain, and supply to the OBO, upon request procurement-related documentation, including but not limited to: i. open solicitations, ii. non-competitive procurement justification memos, iii. cost or price analysis, iv. signed and executed contracts, change orders, purchase orders, v. invoices with supporting materials such as timesheets, usage logs for rented or leased equipment, and proof of receipt of materials, e.g. a bill of lading, vi. where applicable, documentation that substantiates a high degree of contractor or supplier oversight such as daily or weekly logs and records of performance meetings, vii. equipment and supply asset inventory, including disposition.
