COMPETITOR’S PARTICIPATION IN THE EWC. 1.1 The Competitor confirms that it will always comply, and make sure that its Riders comply, at all times during the Term of this Agreement (as defined in Clause 2 below), with all the rules specified in the 2022 FIM EWC Sporting Regulations, and with any further document/regulations applying to the EWC, as communicated by DSE or the ASN from time to time.
