Complaints By Parents, Guardians, Or Other District Staff. 16.2.1 District Complaint Procedures All formal complaints by parents, guardians, 6--8 grade students, or other District employees against a unit member must follow either the District Uniform Complaint Procedure regarding program, or the District Miscellaneous Complaint Procedure regarding the actions of District employee. Any change in the policies that affect working conditions for unit members will not be made unless the District first provides the Association with notice of the proposed change.
