Complaints/Timelines. (A) When any anonymous complaint is made against a bargaining unit member and there is no corroborative evidence of any kind, the complaint shall be classified as unfounded and the accused member shall not be required to submit a written report regarding the allegation. Whenever other citizen complaints against a member are reported to the University Police Division, the complainant shall be requested to place the complaint in writing prior to commencement of any investigation.
