Common use of Complete Documentation Clause in Contracts

Complete Documentation. In addition to and/or as part of the Standards and Procedures Manual, at all times during the Term, ACS shall provide to Symetra complete information, including complete documentation, in accordance with the standards and methodologies to be implemented by ACS, for all software (including applications developed as part of the Services) and hardware, that is sufficient to enable Symetra, its Affiliates, and/or the Replacement Provider, to fully assume the provision of the Services to Symetra.
