Complete Work without Extra Cost. University shall perform all Work and shall obtain and provide, without additional cost to the City beyond the total costs identified in Exhibit A.1, all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, services, permits, expenses, and licenses necessary to perform the Work.
