COMPLETION AND HANDOVER INSPECTION. 14.1 The Parties or their representatives shall be obliged to attend the Hand-over Inspection at any pre-arranged time, during which inspection the Parties shall agree to the Defects List. 14.2 If the Purchaser fails to attend a Hand-over Inspection within a reasonable period after having received written notice thereof by the Seller or the Contractor, then the Completion Date will be determined by the QS. 14.3 The Contractor shall remedy the defects on the Defects List as soon as reasonably possible. 14.4 Notwithstanding the provisions of this Clause 14, the Seller shall strictly enforce, for the benefit of the Purchaser, any guarantee or warranty which it may have.
