COMPLETION AND HANDOVER INSPECTION. 8.1. The Parties or their representatives shall be obliged to attend the Hand-over Inspection within 5 (Five) Business Days after having been requested to do so at any pre-arranged time, during which inspection the Parties shall agree to the Defects List. The Employer will sign the Defect List and all documents necessary to effect payments.
