EXTERNAL WINDOWS AND DOORS. During the first phase, there will be changed all windows and doors in the building outdoor perimeter walls. New windows dimensions will be identical to the existing/abandoned ones. Windows will be complemented by external window xxxxx with sheeting. Internal plastic window xxxxx will be also installed. The protective cover of internal window xxxxx shall be kept in order to minimize damage during implementation of the II. stage. In case the protective cover will be removed or damaged, the new – appropriate one shall be installed. The joints between the walls and the new window frames shall be appropriately sealed – in the inner and outer side. Existing balconies (include balcony doors) will be dismantled in the beginning of the project implementation (see “A. Dismantling works). Balcony doors will be replaced by window of requested dimensions and the brick wall around. New outdoor doors will be identical to the existing/abandoned ones. The joints between the walls and the new door frames shall be appropriately sealed – in the inner and outer side.
