Completion of Fitting-out works. The licensee shall notify CMRL for a joint-inspection to verify that the Fitting-Out work is completed satisfactorily. In this inspection, the ceiling shall be left open & all services will be tested including MEP and fire protection/equipment. The licensee shall rectify all defects and comments pointed out within 1 week during this inspection.
