Submission of Drawings. Developer’s engineering drawings for the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility shall be submitted to the Connecting Transmission Owner in three separate packages in accordance with the Milestones set forth in Appendix B to this Agreement. The first package shall contain all of the drawings, design studies, and calculations pertaining to the Cricket Valley Substation. The second package shall contain all of the drawings, design studies, and calculations pertaining to the Transmission Line. The third package shall contain all of the drawings, design studies, and calculations pertaining to the New York Line 398 Reconductoring. Prior to submission to the Connecting Transmission Owner, all drawings shall be stamped by a Professional Engineer. If Developer revises any of the drawings in any of the three packages, the revised drawings shall be resubmitted to the Connecting Transmission Owner and shall indicate all changes made from the prior submission by highlighting or circling the change. The Connecting Transmission Owner will not begin review of a package unless such package is complete.

Submission of Drawings a) The Licensee shall submit fit-out drawings after consultations with CMRL until approval is obtained from CMRL to commence fitting-out works. b) The submission shall be fully dimensioned plans both hard copy and soft copy (pdf ) showing the floor plan together with elevations and cross- sections of the new and existing works. Construction, height, dimensions and material of partition boundaries are to be indicated. c) There shall be a title block at the bottom right hand corner of the drawings giving full information on the location of licensed Premises and licensee’s name and address. d) The Licensee is not allowed to start fitting-out works without obtaining the requisite approvals from CMRL. e) Any changes required after CMRL’s comments on the drawings must be resubmitted to CMRL for further comments until final approval to commence works is obtained. f) Upon completion of fitting-out works, the Licensee is required to submit to CMRL paper prints of all architectural, civil & structural, mechanical & electrical, plumbing and fire protection “as-built” drawings for records.
Submission of Drawings. Subtenant shall comply with the following procedure for approval of Subtenant’s Plans by Sublandlord: (a) Subtenant shall deliver to Sublandlord five (5) black-and-white prints of a preliminary conceptual layout of the Premises for use in evaluation of space utilization in the Premises (“Space Plan”) prepared by VOA or another architect licensed in the District of Columbia, selected by Subtenant and approved by Sublandlord and Landlord (“Subtenant’s Architect”). Sublandlord hereby approves the Space Plan prepared by VOA and dated November 3, 2010. Not more than fifteen (15) days after the execution of this Sublease, Sublandlord shall notify Subtenant either of Landlord’s approval thereof, or of the changes reasonably required by Landlord. If Sublandlord notifies Subtenant that changes are required, Subtenant shall promptly thereafter submit to Sublandlord, for Landlord’s approval, a Space Plan amended by Subtenant and Subtenant’s Architect in accordance with the changes so required. Sublandlord shall notify Subtenant of Landlord’s approval or disapproval of the amended Space Plan within fifteen (15) days of Sublandlord’s receipt thereof and Subtenant shall have any changes to the Space Plan required by Landlord made promptly after the date Subtenant receives notice thereof. (b) Following Landlord’s approval of the Space Plan, Subtenant shall deliver to Sublandlord for its approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed by Sublandlord, five (5) black-and-white prints of Subtenant’s Plans prepared by Subtenant’s Architect based on the approved Space Plan.

Tenant shall submit for Landlord's review and written approval, complete architectural and engineering drawings, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and structural drawings which fully detail all aspects of the proposed Alterations as follows: - Four (4) complete sets of full-sized 1/8” scale drawings. - Complete set of Architectural and Engineering drawings submitted electronically utilizing AutoCAD format. - All revisions and final “As-Built” drawings are to be provided in AutoCAD format. - Electronic drawings should be sent to xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. B. All drawings submitted for Landlord's review must be prepared, signed and sealed by Tenant's registered architect and professional engineer, licensed to conduct business in the State of New York. C. Tenant’s drawings must include details of connections to all Base Buildings systems and must be accompanied by a statement outlining the total electrical and mechanical loads. D. Landlord reserves the right to refer Tenant’s drawings to Landlord’s consulting engineers for review. All costs incurred by Landlord for any such review, approval and/or inspection of Tenant’s Alteration shall be reimbursed by Tenant. E. Tenant shall provide Landlord, for Landlord’s review and written approval, all revised, modified and/or additional drawings issued in the course of the Alteration, in the quantities and format outlined in (A.) above. F. Landlord’s review and approval of Tenant’s drawings is for consent purposes only and is not a review for compliance with any law, ordinance, code or insurance requirement, nor a review of the adequacy of Tenant’s design. No such approval or comments shall constitute a waiver of the obligation that the Alteration complies with all governmental laws, codes, rules, regulations, or the terms and conditions outlined in this Exhibit. G. Landlord’s approval or disapproval of the Alteration, or required revisions to and re-submission of Tenant’s drawings which incorporate Landlord’s comments shall in no way be construed or considered a delay caused by Landlord. H. Upon the completion of the Alteration, Tenant shall provide Landlord a complete set of final architectural and engineering “As-Built” drawings in the quantities and format outlined in (A.) above.
Submission of Drawings. If the submission of drawings and/or any other documents is required in the Order, the Client shall return to the Supplier one copy of such drawings or documents with its approval or its comments. The Client’s approval is limited solely to the terms of building and planning, and it does not exempt the Supplier from its responsibility for proper planning and manufacture, or to supply equipment that will operate as specified in the Order.

Submission of Drawings. Drawings shall be submitted to the Employers for approval one (1) months prior to the date on which they will be required at the manufacturer's works, to ensure that the work is carried out in compliance with the program of Works. The Engineer, for approval of all design calculations and drawings, requires a minimum period of 28 days. It is in scope of successful Contractor to undertake all site surveys, route surveys for ascertaining the terrain and planning the Project. The Contractor shall carry out the design and submit to the client, along with all the good for construction drawings for all the components of the work as per Employers requirement and submit the same to client for review and approval. The successful Contractor shall have to prepare and submit ‘As Built Drawings’ depicting the exact construction carried out on site, in soft and hard copy format & get the same approved from Employer/PMC. Within 10 days from the Commencement Date the Contractor shall start submitting drawings, construction documents, etc., for review and approval by the Employer’s Representative. Contractor shall prepare detailed Programme in MS roject software and get it approved from EIC/PMC. The Contractor shall submit all the Drawings as per Schedule approved by the Employer.

All service plans should be got approved from the concern Authority/department within 8 days from the stipulated date of Commencement. It is entirely the responsibility of the contractor to get the above designs approved and finalized within aforesaid period. Any delay on this account will attract compensation. The contractor(s) shall supply 5 copies of / laminated approved structural drawings/architectural drawings/ services drawings to the Engineer-in-charge for the use of the RSCL after having approved from the competent authority within 7 days from the receipt of approval. In addition to above sets of drawings, contractor shall keep necessary sets of drawings required at site for its execution as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
