Completion of Works definition

Completion of Works means successful completion of all Works including Performance Tests and of ‘Tests Before Taking Over’ and issuance of Final Taking Over Certificate/completion certificate by the Owner/Project Manager.
Completion of Works means the completion of the assignment in all respect in accordance with the contract.
Completion of Works on the investment project means the effective date of an occupancy permit for the last building or the issuance of a permit by a building authority to put the building or technology that is part of the eligible investment costs into permanent operation, or the payment of the last invoice for the acquired tangible fixed assets or intangible fixed assets, if the eligible investment costs do not include the costs of the building or technology the use of which is conditional upon the issuance of an occupancy permit or a permit to put the building or technology into permanent operation;

  • Final bill supported with consolidated measurements of the full work executed shall be submitted by the contractor, the same will be verified by the Architect within Three weeks of Completion of Works.

Related to Completion of Works

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes an amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

Buying land and preparatory works such as obtaining permits and conducting feasibility studies are not considered start of works. For take-overs, ‘start of works’ means the moment of acquiring the assets directly linked to the acquired establishment;

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project.   • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • The Work means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.
