Completion of the Agreement. 1. UNDP shall notify the Donor when all activities relating to the Project have been completed in accordance with the Project document.
Completion of the Agreement. This Agreement shall continue to remain valid until the Consultant has fulfilled his obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement, as outlined in the Terms of Reference.

In cases where the Programme is completed in accordance with the Programme document any funds below USD 5,000 (five thousand United States Dollars) that remain unexpended after all commitments and liabilities have been satisfied shall be automatically reallocated by UNDP. Any funds above USD 5,000 (United Stated Dollars five thousand) that remain unexpended after all commitments and liabilities have been satisfied shall be reallocated by UNDP after consultation with the Donor.
Completion of the Agreement. 1. UNEP shall notify the Donor when all activities supported by the donor under this agreement have been completed.
Completion of the Agreement. Upon the completion of this Lease Agreement, the Lessee shall restore the above real estate to its original condition and return it to Lessor. In this case, the Lessor shall return the security deposit to the Lessee, and if there exists any overdue rent or damages, such shall be deducted and the balance shall be returned.

In such cases and after all commitments and liabilities have been satisfied, any unutilized project funds under 10 % of the whole contribution shall be reallocated for other recipient activities and spent within the authorization period of this project, thus until 30 June 2028. These unutilized funds can only be reallocated by recipient after consultation with the donor. Should it become clear during or after completion of the project that any part of the contribution in amount exceeding 10% of the total project contribution is not or is no longer needed for the intended purpose, such part shall, immediately and without being asked, be transferred to the account no. XX00 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000. In the case of any accrued interest, this part will be transferred immediately and without being asked to the account XX00 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000. The donor must at the same time be informed in writing that this has been done.
