Completion of the Hire Period. 12.1. The hire period is completed when the equipment has been returned to the owner:

Completion of the Hire Period a. Return of all Included Items as listed on the front of this form must be made; otherwise, the Hirer is responsible for the replacement cost of the same.
Completion of the Hire Period. The Hire Period is completed when ALL the hired Equipment has been returned to the Owner: • clean, in good working order, and in the same condition as when it was hired; and • on or by the date and time outlined in the Party Equipment Hire Form below. The Hirer shall inform the Owner of any damage or defect arising during the hiring or any incident that occurred during the hiring likely to cause such defect or damage. Return of Equipment in a dirty or improperly packaged condition, but otherwise complete and undamaged, will attract a 20% surcharge at the discretion of the Owner.
Completion of the Hire Period. 5.1. The Hire Period ends only when the Trailer and Equipment has been returned to Topline Trailers in the same condition as when it was hired; and on or by the Return Date.
