Hire Form definition

Hire Form means the METRO-LIFT document with that title (which may be attached to these terms and conditions or which may be separate) which contains commercial terms relating to a Hire. “Hirer” means the person whose details are included in the Hire Form, who hires the Plant and Equipment from METRO-LIFT.
Hire Form means the information filled in by the customer prior to the payment of for the booking of the Equipment. Hire Term means the period of Equipment Hire, from the Start Date set out in the Hire Form until the Equipment is returned to Company. Job Site means the job site specified in the Hire Form.
Hire Form means the form titled Hempstead Village Hall Hire Agreement.

Examples of Hire Form in a sentence

  • Following final selection of a Candidate or Candidates, the Department Head (or designee) shall prepare the Decision to Hire Form, which will be sent to the Bureau Chief of BHR (or designee) along with the Requisition Form, Interview Panel Ranking Form, Interview Evaluation Forms, notes from the selection meeting, and any other documentation regarding the selection and ranking of the Candidates.

  • All Equipment is available as listed at the time the Offer to Hire Form as sent to the Hirer.

  • The amount of the Deposit shall be as stated in the Offer to Hire Form.

More Definitions of Hire Form

Hire Form means the form setting out the details of the hire of the Cold Store Equipment to which these Conditions are attached;
Hire Form means the separate document attached to these terms and conditions which the Customer is required to sign and includes the particulars of the Caravan and any additional Caravan, Equipment Accessories (if included), the Hire Period and the Hire Charge and such other information the Business may require.

Related to Hire Form

  • FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.

  • ASBA Form means an application form, whether physical or electronic, used by ASBA Bidders to submit Bids, which will be considered as the application for Allotment in terms of the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus and the Prospectus;

  • Acceptance Form means the form provided by the School for parents to complete when accepting a place for their child at the School;

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Consent Form means the forms provided to each holder of Pre-Formation Interests to consent to the Formation Transactions and to make such holder’s irrevocable elections with respect to consideration to be received in the Formation Transactions.

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.

  • Booking Form means the booking form you completed setting out details of your order in respect of the Event;
