Compliance and Quality. 8.1 In the exercise of any and all rights and in performance hereunder, it shall be the duty of Thermal Cycler Supplier, not PE CORP, to comply fully with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances and to obtain and keep in effect licenses, permits and other governmental approvals (federal, state or local) necessary or appropriate to carry on activities hereunder.
