Compliance Between Individual Contract and Comprehensive Agreement. Any individual contract between the Board and an individual employee shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement for its duration shall be controlling. Each individual employee contract shall be signed by the President of the Board when tendered to the employee, and after it is signed by the employee, it shall be retained in the employee’s personnel file. In the event the Board uses any individual contract, which varies in substance from the standard contract, a copy thereof shall be given to the Association within five (5) days after its execution.
