Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. AMR has made available to the School a copy of its Code of Conduct, Anti-kickback policies and other compliance policies, as may be changed from time-to-time, at AMR’s web site, located at: xxx.xxx.xxx, and the School acknowledges receipt of such documents. AMR warrants that its personnel shall comply with AMR’s compliance policies, including training related to the Anti-kickback Statute

Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. ADMINISTRATOR shall inform CONTRACTOR of any missing required elements and CONTRACTOR shall revise its compliance program and code of conduct to meet ADMINISTRATOR’s required elements within thirty (30) calendar days after 30 acknowledge and agree to HCA’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct if the CONTRACTOR’s 31 Compliance Program and Code of Conduct does not 32 contain all required elements. 33
Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. If CONTRACTOR elects to adhere to HCA’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; the CONTRACTOR shall submit to the ADMINISTRATOR within thirty (30) calendar days of award of this Agreement a signed acknowledgement that CONTRACTOR shall comply with HCA’s 29 verified to include all required elements by ADMINISTRATOR’s Compliance Officer as described in
Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. If CONTRACTOR elects to have its own Compliance Program and Code of Conduct then it shall submit a copy of its Compliance Program, Code of Conduct and relevant P&Ps to ADMINISTRATOR within thirty (30) calendar days of award of this Agreement. ADMINISTRATOR’s Compliance Officer shall determine if CONTRACTOR Compliance Program and Code of Conduct contains all required elements. CONTRACTOR shall take necessary action to meet said standards orshall be asked to acknowledge and agree to the HCA’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct if the

Community Ambulance warrants that its personnel shall also comply with Community Ambulance’s compliance policies and federal AKS.
