Compliance with Acceptable Use Policy. At all times, the Customer will comply with the Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) of Edge, located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/pdf/Acceptable%20Use%20Policy.pdf, which may be amended and published from time to time by Edge in its sole discretion. If the Customer fails to cure a violation of the AUP within five (5) calendar days after receiving written notice thereof from Edge, then the Services and/or the Customer’s right to use/access thereto may be immediately suspended or terminated by Edge. Edge reserves the further right to act immediately and without notice to suspend and/or terminate the applicable Services and/or the Customer’s right to use/access thereto in response to a court order or government notice that certain perceived conduct of the Customer must be stopped or, in the alternative, when Edge reasonably determines:
Compliance with Acceptable Use Policy. Seller has read and understands the InReach Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") as published as of the date of this Agreement at InReach's web Site at XXXX://XXX.XXXXXXX.XXX/AUP . To the best of Seller's knowledge, none of its customers having Internet Dial-up Access Accounts included as Assets to this transaction, fail or may tend to fail to comply with the terms of the AUP, except as Seller has disclosed to InReach, in writing, prior to the date of this Agreement.

Neither Customer, nor its Authorized Users, may use the Hosted Materials or the Hoonuit Platform: (i) in a way prohibited by Law, regulation, governmental order or decree; (ii) to violate the rights of others; (iii) to try to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt the Hosting Services or any device, data, account, or network; (iv) to spam or distribute malware; (v) in a way that could harm the Hoonuit Platform or impair anyone else’s use of the Hoonuit Platform; or (vi) in any application or situation where failure of the Hoonuit Platform could lead to the death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to severe physical or environmental damage.
Compliance with Acceptable Use Policy. Merchant-User will use, and will cause its Affiliates, End Users and all other third parties acting for or on its behalf to use (subject to Section 6 (Third Party Access) below), the Products and Services in accordance with ShopHero Acceptable Use Policy.
