Hosted Materials definition

Hosted Materials means all websites, web applications, software, information, data, databases and other works and materials stored, transmitted, published or processed using the Hosting Services;
Hosted Materials means the Customer App, Customer Data, Customer Materials, and Customer Website hosted by Hoonuit on Customer’s behalf.
Hosted Materials means any software applications, databases or other materials that are (i) owned by a customer of the Company, or licensed by such customer from a third party, and (ii) provided to the Company by or on behalf of, and hosted by the Company for, such customer. For the purposes of clarity, any software applications, databases or other materials that the Company owns or licenses from a third party and hosts or uses for its customers shall be deemed to be Company Intellectual Property, and not Hosted Materials.

Examples of Hosted Materials in a sentence

  • Customer, at its expense, will comply with, all Laws applicable to its business, to its use of any Hosted Materials, or any Services provided under this Agreement, to the Customer Data, or to the Customer Materials.

  • On each of the Hosted Materials, Customer will conspicuously display the terms of use setting forth the terms and conditions governing the use of such Hosted Materials by Authorized Users and a privacy policy setting forth the terms and conditions governing the use and disclosure of PII by Customer, and Customer will fully comply with all of its obligations under each such terms of use and privacy policy.

  • Except as expressly permitted in these Terms of Use, Customer shall not copy, license, sell, transfer, make available, lease, time-share, distribute, or assign this license, the Mobilisafe Service or the Hosted Materials to any third-party.

  • As part of its provision of the Services to Customer, ECSI shall operate and support the Hosted Platform and hosted environment, including, without limitation, the ECSI Technology, all applicable server hardware, disk storage, server operating systems, management programs, web server programs, and Hosted Materials.

  • Without Mobilisafe’s express prior written consent in each instance, Customer shall not (and shall not allow any third party to): reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code form or structure of the Hosted Materials, including the Mobilisafe Technology, or access the Mobilisafe Service in order to build a competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Mobilisafe Service.

  • If Customer is the U.S. Federal Government, ECSI provides the Hosted Platform, including related Hosted Materials and ECSI Technology, in accordance with the following: Government technical data and software rights related to the Hosted Platform include only those rights customarily provided to the public as defined in these Terms of Use and the Agreement.


More Definitions of Hosted Materials

Hosted Materials means any material which the Consultant hosts for the Client, whether uploaded by the Client or on its behalf.
Hosted Materials means the documentation and all other information developed or provided by ECSI or its suppliers under the Agreement to Customer or its Users or made available by ECSI to Customer or its Users in the course of using the Hosted Platform.

Related to Hosted Materials

  • Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor. For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Printed Materials means all artwork and mechanicals set forth on the disc label of the PlayStation Disc relating to any of the Licensed Products and on or inside any Packaging for the Licensed Product, and all instructional manuals, liners, inserts, trade dress and other user information to be inserted into the Packaging.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Restricted materials means pesticides established as restricted materials under Title 3, California Code of Regulations, section 6400.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.
