COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT. The CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and any relevant federal and state laws, rules, and regulations regarding employment practices toward individuals with disabilities and the availability/accessibility of programs, activities, or services for consumers/customers/clients with disabilities. SUBCONTRACTOR COMPLIANCE The CONTRACTOR agrees to require any subcontractor performing services funded through this contract to comply with all provisions of the federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and policies described in this paragraph.

Related to COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

  • Compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act Contractor shall provide the Services in a manner that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including but not limited to Title II’s program access requirements, and all other applicable federal, state and local disability rights legislation.

  • Americans with Disabilities Act The Contractor shall be and remain in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“Act”), to the extent applicable, during the term of the Contract. DAS may Terminate the Contract if the Contractor fails to comply with the Act.

The Contractor shall also comply with all applicable ordinances, regulations, and resolutions of the County and shall commit no trespass on any public or private property in the performance of any of the work embraced by this Contract.
