COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF AGING (CDA). Sub-recipient agrees to comply with all rules, regulations, requirements, and directives of CDA, which impose duties and limitations upon the Merced County Human Services Agency, which are equally applicable to and made binding upon Sub-recipient, as though made with Sub-recipient directly.
