COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE. It is understood and agreed that Contractor shall comply with California Government Code Section 7550. California Government Code Section 7550 provides in part that when the total cost for work performed for a local agency by nonemployees of such agency exceeds $5,000.00, any document or written report prepared in whole or in part by nonemployees for such agency shall contain, in a separate section, the numbers and dollar amount of all contracts and subcontracts relating to the preparation of such document or written report.
