Compliance with Codes and Ordinances. User shall comply with all laws of the United States, the State of Florida, all ordinances of Palm Beach County, the City and all rules and requirementsofthelocal policeandfiredepartments,andwillpayanytaxesorfeesduetoanyauthorityarising out of User's useofthe Reserved Area and this Agreement.
Compliance with Codes and Ordinances. All improvements of the Property shall be subject to all applicable building and life safety codes and ordinances of the City and all accessibility laws, including, but not limited to, the Joliet Accessibility Code (Section 8-709 et seq. of the Code of Ordinances).

The Developer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to require all contractors and subcontractors to pay their employees “prevailing wages” as determined from time to time under the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 120 et seq.).
