Compliance with Codes. The School shall be located in facilities that comply with all applicable State and county building, zoning, fire, health, and safety code requirements.

If the School is located in facilities other than State or DOE facilities, the School shall obtain and maintain any necessary certificates or permits required for use and occupancy of the School's facilities from the applicable building, zoning, fire, health, and safety authorities. The School shall immediately notify the Commission in the event that any such certificate or permit is jeopardized, suspended, or revoked. The School shall comply at all times with the occupancy capacity limits set by zoning, building, fire, and other applicable regulations.
