Compliance with Controlling Law. The Lessor shall comply with all laws, ordinances, regulations, and policies of the federal, state, and local governments applicable to this Agreement. In addition, the Lessor shall comply immediately with all directives issued by the City or its authorized representatives under authority of any laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, or regulations.
