Compliance with State Law The Business Associate acknowledges that by accepting the PHI from Covered Entity, it becomes a holder of medical information under the MCMRA and is subject to the provisions of that law. If the HIPAA Privacy or Security Rules and the MCMRA conflict regarding the degree of protection provided for PHI, Business Associate shall comply with the more restrictive protection requirement.
Compliance with Rules To comply with, and to require the Contractors to comply with, all rules, regulations, ordinances and laws bearing on the conduct of the work on the Improvements, including the requirements of any insurer issuing coverage on the Project and the requirements of any applicable supervising boards of fire underwriters.
Compliance with Statutes The Borrower and its Subsidiaries are in compliance in all material respects with all applicable statutes, regulations and orders of, and all applicable restrictions imposed by, all governmental bodies and have all necessary permits, licenses and other necessary authorizations with respect to the conduct of their businesses and the ownership and operation of their properties except where the failure to so comply or hold such permits, licenses or other authorizations could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Compliance with Xxxxx Xxxxx and Related Act requirements. All rulings and interpretations of the Xxxxx- Xxxxx and Related Acts contained in 29 CFR parts 1, 3, and 5 are herein incorporated by reference in this contract.
Compliance with Procurement Laws This Contract is the result of compliance with applicable procurement laws of the State of Texas. DIR issued a solicitation on the Comptroller of Public Accounts’ Electronic State Business Daily, Request for Offer (RFO) DIR-TSO-TMP-225, on February 27, 2015, for Software, including Software as a Service, Products and Related Services. Upon execution of this Contract, a notice of award for RFO DIR-TSO-TMP-225 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.
Compliance with Codes The School shall be located in facilities that comply with all applicable State and county building, zoning, fire, health, and safety code requirements.
Compliance with Policies Each Individual Limited Partner hereby agrees that he shall comply with all policies and procedures adopted by any member of the Och-Ziff Group or which Limited Partners are required to observe by law, or by any recognized stock exchange, or other regulatory body or authority.
COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS Secured Party may comply with any applicable state or federal law requirements in connection with a disposition of the Collateral and compliance will not be considered adversely to affect the commercial reasonableness of any sale of the Collateral.
Compliance with Controlling Law Contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies. Contractor’s act or omission in violation of applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies is grounds for contract termination. In addition to all other remedies or damages allowed by law, Contractor is liable to City for all damages, including costs for substitute performance, sustained as a result of the violation. In addition, Contractor may be subject to suspension, debarment, or both.
Compliance with Federal Law Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal laws, including, without limitation, those set forth in Exhibit D, which is attached and incorporated into this Contract by this reference.
