Common use of Compliance with Directions Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Directions. The Owner must strictly comply with any: (a) direction of the Harbour Master in connection with access to or use of Port Facilities or the Dedicated Facility; (b) direction of Port of Melbourne's Security Manager or Port of Melbourne's Security Contractor; (c) direction of Port of Melbourne in connection with access to or use of Port Facilities or the Dedicated Facility; and (d) direction by any officer authorised by statute to give directions including pursuant to the Marine Safety Act 2010 (Vic).

Compliance with Directions. The Owner must strictly comply with any: (a) direction of the Harbour Master in connection with access to or use of Port Facilities or the Dedicated FacilityChannel; (b) direction of Port of Melbourne's ’s Security Manager or Port of Melbourne's ’s Security Contractor; (c) direction of Port of Melbourne in connection with access to or use of Port Facilities or the Dedicated FacilityChannel; and (d) direction by any officer authorised by statute to give directions including pursuant to the Marine Safety Act 2010 (Vic).
