Appointment to Another Position. If an APT member is appointed to a position in a higher pay grade the new salary shall be within the range of the new classification. The new salary shall be at the floor except when the former salary overlaps the new range or is less than one full increment below the floor in which case the new salary shall be one full increment in the new range higher than the former salary. If an APT member is appointed to a different position in the same pay grade, the new salary shall be the same as the former salary. If an APT member is appointed to a position in a lower pay grade, the new salary shall be the former salary less one full increment from the new range or the ceiling of the new range, whichever is lower.

Appointment to Another Position. If an APT member's classification is changed upward by promotion, or appointment at a higher position, the new salary shall be within the range of the new classification. The new salary will be two full increments from the new range higher than the former salary or the minimum of the range, whichever is greater. If an APT member is appointed to a different position in the same pay grade, the new salary shall be the same as the former salary. If an APT member’s classification is changed to a lower level by appointment to a position in a lower classification, the new salary shall be the same as the former salary but shall be limited to the maximum of the new range. The salary adjustment that results from promotion or appointment to another position will take effect from the date of promotion or appointment to the other position.
Appointment to Another Position. During your employment by us, we may appoint you to another Position (“the other Position”): (a) with your agreement; or (b) by a direction in writing from us. We can only give you a direction if the other Position: (a) is reasonably comparable to your Position, taking into account the powers, duties and responsibilities of the other Position; and (b) is at the same location as your Position or is at a location within a reasonable distance of your place of residence.
Appointment to Another Position. If an Employee’s classification is changed upward by appointment, the new salary shall be at the floor of the new range or ten per cent (10%) higher than the current salary, whichever is greater. If an Employee is appointed to another position within the same pay range, the new salary shall be the same as the former salary. If an Employee’s classification is changed downward by appointment to a lower position, the new salary shall be the same as the current salary if the Employee’s salary is within the new pay range, or the ceiling of the new pay range, whichever is less.
Appointment to Another Position. During your employment by us, with your agreement in writing, we may appoint you to another Position.

  • Reappointment In the event an ASF Member who has received severance pay is subsequently reappointed to a state university, future severance pay for the ASF Member shall be computed upon the individual’s unused sick leave balance accumulated since the reappointment.

The Executive shall execute any documents in reasonable form as may be requested to confirm or effectuate any such resignations.

  • Appointment of Advisor The Trust hereby employs the Advisor and the Advisor hereby accepts such employment, to render investment advice and related services with respect to the assets of the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision and direction of the Trust’s Board of Trustees (the “Board of Trustees”).

  • Medical Appointments Medical appointments may be charged to sick leave. The employee must notify the supervisor of a medical appointment at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance except in case of emergency.

  • Exclusive Appointment The Company acknowledges that the appointment of the Manager hereunder is an exclusive appointment for the Term. The Company shall not appoint other managers with respect to the Vessels or the Containership business during the Term, except in circumstances in which it is necessary to do so in order to comply with Applicable Laws or as otherwise agreed by the Manager in writing. This Section 2.5 does not prohibit the Company from having its own employees perform the Management Services.

  • Appointment Each Lender hereby irrevocably designates and appoints the Administrative Agent as the agent of such Lender under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and each such Lender irrevocably authorizes the Administrative Agent, in such capacity, to take such action on its behalf under the provisions of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and to exercise such powers and perform such duties as are expressly delegated to the Administrative Agent by the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, together with such other powers as are reasonably incidental thereto. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary elsewhere in this Agreement, the Administrative Agent shall not have any duties or responsibilities, except those expressly set forth herein, or any fiduciary relationship with any Lender, and no implied covenants, functions, responsibilities, duties, obligations or liabilities shall be read into this Agreement or any other Loan Document or otherwise exist against the Administrative Agent.
